How you will make an impact

  • Receive and place telephone calls

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Field and send out send written business correspondence

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Call Center Customer Service experience desired

  • Resolve Customer Service experience required

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce.com

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Customer service and office administrative skills

  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
