Robert Half Customer Service Representative in NEW YORK, New York

Description

Looking for experienced customer service representatives ASAP to work a high volume customer service/ client management role during peak season.

Job Overview:

Under supervision, the Customer Service Agent handles all post order inquires via telephone, email, or chat regarding merchandise purchased by customers. The goal of a Customer Service Agent is to attain customer satisfaction by the initial contact with the customer.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding the status of placed orders, billing, and shipping issues

• Answers customer inquires relating to RMA's, pricing issues, carrier claims, order modifications, and all other post order issues

• Provides total customer satisfaction

Additional Responsibilities:

• As assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Possess strong knowledge of all current company policies and procedures

• Very strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comes across very professional and courteous

• Strong judgment with analytical problem solving skills

• Team player within the Customer Service Department

• Works well under pressure

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

Level 1:

• No experience necessary

Level 2:

• Minimum 6-12 months experience in Customer Service or minimum achieved Level 1 B& H CS Agent

Level 3:

• Minimum 2-4 years experience in Customer Service or minimum achieved Level 2 B& H CS Agent

Requirements
