What you'll do:

Acting as primary point of contact for software clients to ensure that
their needs are met in a way that improves client satisfaction

Implementing new software clients, including account setup and
training

Helping resolve customer service issues, answering questions and
directly clients to the appropriate technical support resources

Liaising with the development team on any technical problems or issues
that clients may experience

Gathering feedback from customers and working with our customer
experience team to improve our products

Maintaining solid relationships with clients by proactively contacting
them to ensure that they are using the software to its full potential

To qualify for the role you must have:

Minimum 3 years prior work experience in a corporate setting

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office

Zendesk, Totango, or Exago experience a plus
Financial Services industry experience a plus

Compliance experience a plus

Skills and attributes for success:

Strong verbal/written communication, data presentation skills and public
speaking, including an ability to effectively communicate with both
business and technical teams.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Capable of
collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups.

Self-starter: Proven ability to prioritize with good time management
skills and manage multiple tasks and assignments with minimal
supervision.
