Robert Half International Customer Success Manager in NEW YORK, New York

Description

A digital and consumer marketing company based in NYC is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. The Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships from the start of the relationship through all contract renewals, ensuring the success of 40+ mid-size clients using the firm’s platform. You will also be responsible for onboarding and training new clients, learning and understanding client objectives to create a tailored strategic roadmap of product usage, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for holding bi-monthly calls, meetings, ad-hoc training meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic in-person meetings. The Customer Success Manager will be closely aligned with the marketing, product team, and sales teams so that all client touch points are executed appropriately. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of Customer Success experience, a passion for UX/UI design and digital marketing. We are seeking extremely organized candidates with a natural consultative style to building client relationships and solid leadership skills. Requirements

2-3 years Customer Success experience ideal
