Robert Half International Customer Success Manager in NEW YORK, New York
A growing SaaS-based organization is currently seeking to hire an enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to oversee their innovative products and services for key accounts in the NYC metropolitan area. The CSM will be responsible for driving value-based outcomes by providing customer categorization, oversight, adoption recommendations, opportunities for increased service, and metrics analysis. In addition, the CSM will perform routine health checks and coordinate any required remediation to ensure customers stay on track towards their goals. Optimal performance of this role results in greater customer happiness, retention, and expansion.
The CSM will serve as the primary point of contact for customers after implementation, managing the subscription renewal pipeline and maintaining customer utilization. We are seeking candidates who can develop a deep, trusting relationship with customers and develop up-sell / cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer success management / account management for complex software implementations with Fortune 500 / Global 1000 companies. We also seek candidates with a strong desire to see customers succeed, and who have a cheerful willingness to be a hands-on contributor. Salary to commensurate with experience – range is 110-120K (some stretch) plus bonus and excellent benefits. This is a remote role unless meeting with key clients or events.
