In this rapidly growing area, you will have the opportunity to drive client success and delivery excellence as you lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of EY digital engagements via a multi-disciplinary, digital team. In this key client-facing role, you will be responsible for the overall success of large-scale, complex digital transformations.
Your key responsibilities
As a member of our Digital Excellence team, you will be responsible for the delivery of end-to-end digital solutions, focusing on overall engagement quality and health while serving as a trusted advisor to the client. You will provide strategic direction to the team and work with other discipline leads to translate the client’s vision into reality.

Directing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of digital engagements in alignment with our Digital Delivery Methods and leading agile and scaled-agile delivery practices
Providing strategic direction and guidance to the delivery team to achieve the client’s vision and strategic goals on complex, large-scale digital transformations
Serving as a trusted advisor to the client and communicating and actively managing client expectations regarding scope, timeline and solution benefits
Facilitating and leading change management within client organizations
Leading and managing communications with executive client sponsors and stakeholders
Working directly with business, creative and technical team members to identify interdependencies, mitigate delivery risks and manage delivery quality and health
Managing commercials and engagement economics to drive to revenue and margin targets
Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms
Partnering with client technology professionals as well as third-party strategic alliances to solve technical and business challenges
Developing and growing client relationships to identify and pursue follow-on opportunities within existing engagements
Managing and contributing to solution plan definition, approach, estimation, and resource planning (onshore and offshore) during the pursuit process
Contributing to the ongoing development of the Delivery Excellence practice, including mentorship and coaching to support the professional growth of more junior consultants
To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor's degree and ten (10) or more years of related work experience
Minimum seven (7) years of experience in a digital related field (technology, design, etc.), with at least five (5) years in a leadership role
Experience in project, program, and portfolio management as well as strong understanding of product management and product delivery
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams on complex digital transformation initiatives
Experience creating and owning relationships with C-suite client executives and strategic partners
EQ and ability to work in a productive and cooperative way with a variety of people ranging from C-suite executives to individual contributors and support staff”
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
Knowledge of agile and scaled agile methodologies and leading practices, and prior advisory experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology functions
Ability to lead a team, balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in requirements
Ability to deftly identify, manage, and track dependencies across teams and engagements to manage risk
Experience managing engagements that combine strategy, experience design, and technology disciplines
Strong leadership, team building, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel up to 80% \
Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting experience highly preferred
Prior experience leading offshore delivery teams preferred
