Demand Planner - Tommy Hilfiger

The Demand Planner will be responsible for short term/long term planning by style/color to support inventory requirements and business strategies as well as the achievement of financial objectives. This position will provide management guidance and hands on oversight for the demand planning function and be the bridge between the POS data / retailer / sales and the operations department. The net result should be increased TH NA Omni sales/shipments, greater profitability and improved inventory turns both internally and for our retail customers. In addition, the Planner will ensure timely and accurate communication of weekly, monthly, and adjusted seasonal forecasts.


  • Report month end results and reforecasts at OTB meetings providing finance and supply planning with timely and accurate pre-season and in season projections

  • Work closely with Production Operations Team to ensure timely deliveries and provide them with any weekly updates in team meetings

  • Learn and adapt to new Blue Yonder Demand system to be able to forecast demand and inventory needs for TH NA

  • Call out trends relating to sales versus projections highlighting opportunities/risk

  • Review and call out potential issues of weekly account EDI orders versus in month projection

  • Supervise/challenge inventory levels and fulfillment by color / style / customer

  • Create clear and actionable weekly/monthly recaps for sales & accounts in-season

  • Become a liaison on systems initiatives as they pertain to Demand Planning


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7+ years of experience with 3-5 years of demonstrated related experience in Demand Planning

  • Blue Yonder Demand knowledge a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong mathematical & analytical skills

  • Has high attention to detail & able to multitask/reprioritize in a fast paced environment

  • Demonstrates flexibility and eagerness to learn and grow in a position that will continue to evolve

  • SAP experience, a plus

  • The Planner must be able to partner and collaborate at all levels with multiple areas of the company. Be able to influence others based on the analysis and forecasting. Must be proficient at creating any new reporting tools to stay ahead of our competition and accounts’ analytical expectations

Pay Range:$95,000 - $105,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
