Citigroup Digital Channels Marketing Sr Analyst, AVP in New York, New York

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise to the marketing and communications of Citi's Commercial Bank Digital Channel offering. Will contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Significant impact in terms of influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze diverse datasets and package results for internal clients

  • Generate insights through data and create a compelling story

  • Package insights effectively for a broader audience

  • Run weekly and monthly reports and communicate results to the rest of the team/company

  • Create client facing content and track impact

  • Own projects from beginning to end

  • Work closely with Senior Digital Analysts in the team and 3rd party vendors

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or or related field of study;

  • Should have strong familiarity with :

  • Analytic process, from inception to execution to presentation

  • Strong PowerPoint skills essential, as well as Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong written communication skills, ability to create compelling narratives

  • 3 years of related experience, ideally in the digital or financial products marketing

  • Familiarity with analytical, reporting, business writing and project management skills

  • Ability to communicate well with stakeholders, both verbally and in written work

  • Effective time management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
