What you'll do

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting marketing and site initiatives to drive business growth. He/She will be a key member on the Marketing team and will focus on email marketing and customer acquisition campaign execution, while also providing website and merchandising operational support to the eCommerce team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of experience with email marketing and campaign implementation with an eCommerce business. And this is how you will do it…

  • Support the Digital Marketing team to develop and execute B2C and B2B email marketing initiatives that increase revenue, drive subscriptions, reduce churn, win back lapsed customers, and increase customer engagement.

  • Build and execute email campaigns including creative briefs, set-up, QA and deployment

  • Assist in the development of the email content strategy and calendar

  • Strategize and execute email list segmentation and personalization strategy, including behavior-based automated emails.

  • Analyze and report on email performance uncovering opportunities within the data and collaborating with the team to develop action plans to impact KPIs.

  • Lead ideation and execution of organic email list growth initiatives, continuously monitoring list health and optimizing programs accordingly.

  • Assist the Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams in the planning, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive growth for

  • Manage the creative approval process with various cross-functional teams.

  • Partner with finance team on vendor PO creation, invoice allocations and approvals.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and identify ways to optimize future campaigns.

  • Maintain site product catalog and content management system, including SKU list, coupons, redirects, and images, with a high level of attention to detail. Execute necessary updates to support product launches, marketing campaigns, packaging updates and other changes on site.

  • Submit requests to create new SKUs, set up pricing, and configure items for the eCommerce warehouse. Monitor progress of each request to ensure timely completion.

  • Support our ongoing SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social efforts

  • Support the Operations team to update, maintain, and analyze annual sales projections, detailing pertinent changes and communicating to internal departments and platforms to ensure sales forecast data integrity.

  • Take a leadership role on special projects that will elevate the KIND brand and drive sales on

  • Monitor and share eCommerce and marketing industry news and trends

Required Experience:

You have…

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Marketing or Communications a plus

  • Minimum of one year of email marketing experience, preferably with an eCommerce business

  • Experience working with an email services provider

  • An understanding of direct response marketing and eCommerce analytics

  • Experience with Google Analytics

  • Strong understanding of Excel


  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is a plus
