KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain the email marketing calendar Coordinate the day-to-day execution of email development and deployments, and shepherd each email through approval process with key stakeholders. Develop dynamic content and light ampscript when appropriate Determine appropriate email deployment parameters within Marketing Cloud for all deployments, such as send time optimization, journey vs automation, etc Keeping the Marketing Cloud environment organized Maintain email templates Run A/B tests, conduct analysis, prepare reports, optimize campaigns based on findings, and advise Marketers and other departments Adhere to all CAN-SPAM and worldwide laws when appropriate Manage development of updating and creating email templates, working in collaboration with other departments, including Art, Digital, IT, or others as required Educate Marketers and other team members on email best practices Actively participate in Marketing Cloud Pardot meetings to drive marketing innovation and manage email-related stories generated through the team's work Ongoing communications with product owners as part of editorial process Troubleshoot subscriber issues / delivery failures Coordinate with Data Team to ensure list hygiene Other duties, as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing or related field is required 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience Experience setting up email marketing campaigns, preferably with knowledge and experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot Excellent knowledge of, and experience with, HTML/CSS Basic scripting experience a plus Some experience with Adobe Photoshop Strong quantitative skills to analyze data and make informed decisions Must maintain strict daily deadlines, the capacity to multitask, and be detailed oriented Strong communication skills Curious and a strong problem solver Your benefits at PLI PLI offers a generous benefits package and is committed to creating an interesting, collegial, and supportive work environment: Medical, dental and vision plans for employees and their families Generous employer contribution to employee retirement savings account Ample paid time off and holidays, summer Fridays Flexible hybrid remote/in-person scheduling for most roles Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning web-based training along with other career development opportunities Work-life balance initiatives One-time $500 Home Office Allowance Gym/Wellness Allowance of up to $300 each calendar year Compensation Range for this position $85,000 - $90,000 per annum (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.)
