Digital Merchandise Coordinator - Calvin Klein

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for creating and executing strategies across site merchandising, buying, and marketing to drive incremental revenue growth/Have previous knowledge and experience within digital marketing channels (email, SEO/SEM, search, affiliate & social media)/Support elevating CK.com to the pinnacle expression of the brand

Support visual merchandising functions across CK.com (categories, products, landing page, search, etc.) to elevate the site while bridging the gap between CK.com, buying and marketing functions to create an elevated customer experience. Provide support to streamline communication between cross-functional groups to ensure all business goals and objectives, including merchandising, marketing efforts and KPI’s, create a consistent customer journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage visual merchandising, filters and search for products for all shops and PLPs for ck.com tied to digital strategy.

  • Provide weekly analysis and communications around null search terms and other user pain points.

  • Support navigation strategies and research competitors to keep the site current and reflective of seasonal selection.

  • Support execution of key moments on-site and through email, media and social channels related to product launches, content launches and business priorities

  • Support experience for all email, digital and social media marketing inclusive of linking strategy, content alignment and messaging

  • Oversee digital partnership tracking documents, ensuring timely updates and accurate read-outs, inclusive of both buying & marketing files

  • Conduct industry research, competitive landscape information, identify new tools and current digital trends

  • Partner with creative and marketing on site content updates and marketing PDP support.

  • Manage team site scrub cadence to support site & seasonal updates.

  • Execute UX site initiatives around merchandising, navigation & custom landing pages.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience :

Entry Level knowledge & skills - typically 0-1 year of related experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required

Skills:

  • Interest in working in an e-Commerce environment where you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies across site merchandising, buying, and marketing to drive incremental revenue growth

  • Have previous knowledge and experience within digital marketing channels (email, SEO/SEM, search, affiliate & social media)

  • Willingness to learn, has a growth-mindset and creative problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented, analytical and process driven

  • Experience with Adobe and Google Analytics a plus.

  • Highly collaborative and flexible/adaptable to different environments and ways of working

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

DECISION MAKING: Problems and issues require broad based solutions and require resources (human, financial or operational) to solve such as look for ways to improve or change work in own job

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Completes tasks with limited supervision

Pay Range:$55,600 - $75,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
