You're all about details and enjoy a deep dive on post-campaign analysis to ensure everything always goes as planned. Plus, you also thrive in working within a team and feel at ease communicating your key findings to members of your department. You're ready to jump into this essential role of managing day-to-day sales processes within the digital products and partnering with the Sales and Operations teams to implement a flawless execution of all associated sales.
Collaborate with all internal departments (Sales, Ops, Marketing, etc.) on the development and implementation of assigned client campaigns
Post campaign analysis reviews of reporting vs. term sheet to evaluate actual delivery
Provide insight and guidance to Account Executives related to areas for improved performance
Ensure all assigned campaigns are set live promptly including collection of assets and liaising with Ad Ops to ensure campaigns go live as expected
Manage all daily term sheet revisions
Pacing/gives rundown for the team
Run reports for National Sales team
Work closely with all sales teams to effectively create a media strategy that aligns with client goals
Collaborate with sales and ops to ensure campaigns transition properly from proposal to launch
Traffic necessary paperwork through internal channels
Background Stuff That's Helpful
BA/BS or equivalent experience required
2+ years of online experience in media planning or client service role
Digital media industry experience preferred
Well-organized and attention to detail
High-level proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and creative skills
A strong ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment
High energy and a teamwork mindset is a must
