We seek people who:
Have extensive experience directing the day-to-day owned eCommerce operations of a diverse portfolio of brands
Establish and exceed revenue targets while managing promotional plans and fixed and variable expenses, maintaining harmony between growth and profitability by brand
Drive focus on consumer lifetime value development, implementing winning consumer strategy that delivers brand preference, emotional connection, repeat purchase and loyalty behaviors
Orchestrate compelling brand and product assortment storytelling across brands’ sites, driving brand differentiation and exploration through the duration of the consumer journey
Oversee the management and execution of product assortment, item availability and merchandise planning for owned eCommerce channels
Partner with product development teams to explore category expansion and adjacencies to drive owned eCommerce exclusive assortment development
Read and interpret analytics and insights to ensure deep understanding of consumer segments and fact-based decision-making
Examine and adjusts internal processes, priorities, and resource allocations; deliver continuous improvement to optimize operational efficiency and consumer experience excellence
Ensure support of omnichannel consumer development and demand generation with external department store, online retail, and television shopping partners, in addition to owned consumer services teams
Coach and counsel high-performance teams; seek to understand career and personal development needs and create action plans to support individual growth
We seek people with these qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
5-7 years of previous business experience in eCommerce, retail merchandising, retail marketing, or related discipline
Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale businesses dynamics
Globally-branded consumer goods experience a plus
Microsoft Office, web analytics, website administration or content management platforms
