Bobbi Brown’s NA Education & Artistry Strategy to the Field Executives, Counter

Managers, Makeup Artists and consumers, ensuring the brand’s strategy,

messaging and standards are met through education, artistry and sales training.

Responsible for developing content that supports the achievement of sales plan

and talent development of the Field Executives, Counter Managers and Makeup Artists.


  • Understandand exemplify the Bobbi Brown philosophy and brand culture

  • Understand and strengthen therelationship between sales, education, and artistry in the field by aligningand engaging the team in the vision

  • Drive sales through education& artistry, focusing on strengthening the product knowledge, artistry andselling skills of both branded and agnostic makeup artists, to ensure goals areachieved

  • Develop the talent andcapabilities of the Field Executives, Counter Managers and Makeup Artists by teachingBobbi Brown artistry, education and selling skills to achieve a consistentbrand message within each store, retailer and region

  • Communication bridge betweenthe NYO and field on education & artistry strategies, priorities andprograms to achieve sales goals


  • Drive the achievement of sales plan through strategic education support,focusing on strengthening and developing the education, artistry and sellingskills of the Field Executives and Makeup Artists in NA

  • Create education & artistry content for the NA market, customized forboth branded and agnostic Makeup Artists, suitable for use in department storeand specialty multi environments, including a top door program

  • Adapt the global training formats for NA, maintaining focus on achievingthe strategic objectives of five star launches, seasonal priorities & heroproducts to ensure an exceptional consumer experience is provided

  • Utilize catchment data to customize coaching tools based on regionalterritory needs

  • Create talent development programs for Field Executives and CounterManagers

  • Partner with Directors to ensure FE’s andFET’s are able to properly utilize the required education tools for successfulin-store coaching

  • Create and oversee execution of the digital education content calendar,including scheduling and management of video shoots for education purposes

  • Support NA, Retailer, Regional and Education meetings as needed

  • Coordinate Bobbi Brown training& education needs with Education COE

  • Collaborate with global andNA departments to ensure the education content created aligns with the overallbrand objectives and needs of the field, artists and consumer.

  • Collaborate with GlobalEvents and NA Marketing to ensure the successful execution of each season’sevent strategy in store

  • Organize all expense receipts and submit expense reports through Concur ona monthly basis

  • Responsible and accountable for maintainingown calendar to complete projects in an acceptable timeline

  • Book personal travel, as needed



Position Requires:

  • 8 Yearsrelevant work experience including management experience

  • ExceptionalSales, Education & Artistry Skills

  • Experiencein creating digital & social content

  • Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, motivational, coaching and presentationskills

  • Provenleadership and management capabilities

  • Strongorganizational and administrative skills

  • Advancedcomputer skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Optymyze, iMovie

  • Teamplayer
