Nuveen Investments Director, Enterprise MarTech Product Manager - Marketing Automation in New York, New York

Digital Mkting

Manages strategic and business decisions related to product or product group creation, development, positioning and marketing.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Developing business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, product launch and life cycle management activities.

  • Monitoring problem areas; defining or approving planned product enhancements.

  • Participating in quality assessment and improvement processes.

  • Gathering marketplace requirements and setting direction for future product evolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Five years of proven Product Management experience with Marketing Technology platforms, preferably within marketing automation and orchestration

  • Five years of juggling multiple projects, staying organized and prioritizing deadlines

  • Five years of expertise across MarTech tools (Marketing Automation, Publishing, CMS, Workflow, Experience, Targeting )

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly preferred experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot

  • Seasoned in managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, communication across teams

  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies and a track record of delivering across acquisition & retention marketing functions

  • Comfortable in a data-driven business environment and able to pivot readily based on real-time data

  • Understanding of data capture and analysis tools

  • Previous experience working in an agile development environment

  • Previous experience with different MarTech tooling

  • Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude

  • Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations and how they impact a MarTech stack implementation

  • Experience working in the investment management industry

  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional team is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Potential Salary: $170,000.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
