As the Director, Managed Defense, you will provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of insanely bright Managed Defense Consultants (MDCs), as they execute on their mission to find evil and delight clients. The role is directly tied to the success of the Managed Defense organization, as it serves as an integral foundation of our core service offering to customers. Top candidates have a customer-centric operational delivery focus, understanding of network and endpoint forensics, collaborative spirit, strong problem-solving skills, proven leadership abilities, are able to communicate effectively to people at various layers, make timely and well thought out decisions, and possess seasoned client relationship management experience. To that end, you will lead roughly 5-7 MDCs, with varying levels of experience and roles within the organization and work cross-functionally with their peers in other regions to form a cohesive and singular unit across the globe. This leadership role has wide discretion to act in the best interest of their customers, including direct client interaction and orchestrating activities from peer groups, professional services, sales, or the engineering organizations.
