The Role: Director, Marketing Strategy and Analytics

The Team: You will join an award-winning global Marketing & CX organization responsible for building critical audience relationships that drive engagement, pipeline, retention, and product usage growth. We leverage marketing expertise, product knowledge, and technology to craft relevant messaging for targeted personas, deliver high-quality audience experiences, and enhance critical moments throughout the prospect and customer journey.

The Impact:

  • We are looking for a strong leader, with deep expertise in Marketing Strategy & Analytics, to lead a seasoned and high performing team within the Strategic Marketing and Analytics organization, reporting to the Sr. Director of the group.

  • Your role is critical to driving the success of the Marketing and CX organization.

  • You will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills, along with technology and process best practices, to communicate impact through performance measurement reporting and MQL and pipeline forecasting, as well as driving adherence to our data management and lead workflow frameworks.

  • In this role, you will engage directly with global marketing stakeholders and sales and product leaders to optimize the impact that marketing has on pipeline and revenue.

  • You will own the global marketing analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap, and have the opportunity to engage in collaborative projects with a broad group of partner functions, as well as a highly performing direct team.


  • You will be responsible for defining and continuously refining revenue-aligned growth and demand models to predict Engagement, Marketing Qualified Leads, as well as Marketing Driven and Engaged Pipeline and Revenue.

  • You will partner with the Global Marketing and CX team, Marketing Operations, Finance, Business Line and Sales/Prospecting leaders to recommend marketing strategy and investments, identify ways to improve performance on the levers that drive Pipeline, and explain performance vs. plan with actionable insights

  • You will lead the Marketing Data and Analytics team and partner with Marketing Ops to build end-to-end tracking, measurement, and visualization of marketing performance.

  • You will guide the team in converting raw sales and marketing data into easy to understand and actionable insight through data visualization and dashboard creation.

  • You will analyze and uncover inconsistencies in our reporting data and propose solutions via technology and process improvement. Work with other internal stakeholders to improve insights from data collection and extraction from our commercial tech stack.

  • You will lead the team in delivering other projects within the department as needed, including ad hoc reporting for the Solutions Marketing and Demand Generation Marketing teams, ensuring that all deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Significant experience designing and reporting on marketing strategy in alignment to sales processes

  • Experience managing a global team and strong endorsements from your colleagues

  • A significant portfolio of marketing analytics and insights that enabled revenue growth, generated in collaboration with data, product, and finance teams

  • Experience maintaining and analyzing data, with a proven ability to display analytical insights in a clear and compelling manner

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Salesforce reporting and dashboards; experience with Tableau/Tableau CRM an added advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to a Senior Leadership audience

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $220,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
