PVH Corp. Director, Master Data Operations - Tommy Hilfiger in New York, New York

The Director Master Data Operations centrally manages the Article (Style) Commercialization process across all channels of business for TH Americas for sourced product and the Article (Style) Creation, Commercialization & PO process for 3rd party product. The Director oversees the interface of articles from DTS, and system integrations with Centric and MDM, into SAP for commercialization by channel specific merchant/buying teams. The role is responsible for managing the article hierarchy assignments, article enrichments and ensuring the necessary data integrity checks throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize NACAAT and EUCAAT tool data output to complete NA commercialization file for North American and European product and ensure accurate upload of file to MDM

  • Manage Europe attribute overrides and EU UPC creation

  • Own & manage entire 3rd party order process from Style creation through PO Writing & Submission

  • Ownership of Ecomm Specific Style Enrichment Requirements – Ie. GTIN File Creation

  • Download and Complete the sales area data and generic article enrichment file for 3rd Party & Ecomm Styles

  • Complete Retail article hierarchy assignment files

  • Oversee all orphan attributing, in Excel and MDM

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures

  • Manage definitions, metrics, and best practices

  • Own management of data values and data entry in source systems

  • Maintain quality of data in source systems for successful integration and validation

  • Coordinate with data stewards to ensure quality of all master data

  • Work with it team to understand new system implementations. Establish best in class processes to maximize process efficiencies

  • Utilize range plan to update Retail, AUC Target and Projections in DTS for all markets and channels seasonally

  • Update Projections and revised AUC Targets in DTS for all markets and channels seasonally

  • Update Final Projections in DTS for all markets and channels seasonally

  • Establish operational efficiencies across the Tommy Hilfiger multi-channel environment; Create, manage, and maintain master data excellence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 10+ years with focus on systems, SAP 4 Fashion, data information, operations

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong organizations skills

  • Cross-functional agility

  • Insights into current and future system needs

  • Data governance experience

  • Strong cross functional relationship-building, SAP systems knowledge, and able to have an end-to-end process view

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
