How you'll make an impact:

As a key member of the OEM Conversion Marketing team and in partnership with the Senior Director, you'll lead the development of new strategies, programs and campaigns that improve the customer experience and conversion among current SiriusXM subscribers that also have a new vehicle. Your marketing experience, business acumen, creativity and analytical skills will enable you make a direct and significant contribution to SiriusXM's conversion performance through the development of new insights and strategies to attract younger generation subscribers, leverage in-vehicle and streaming data to personalize the customer journey and improve performance through enhanced segmentation and targeting.
This is both a leadership and a hands-on program implementation role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and in collaboration with a wide group of highly committed stakeholders and marketing leaders across the organization, to optimize the customer experience and achieve performance goals.

What you'll do:

Working with the Sr. Director, lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns that improve engagement and conversion among SiriusXM trial subscribers, with a focus on returning subscribers (Service Continuity) and younger generations
Own and optimize the in-trial and post-trial communications stream for this segment, including further segmentation and targeting strategies, reach, creative, messaging, testing, measurement/performance and ROI.
Become the 'expert' and lead on the team for SiriusXM with 360L marketing. Drive engagement and conversion of customers in vehicles equipped with the exciting, new SiriusXM with 360L technology (SXM's next-gen streaming/satellite hybrid).
Develop and implement strategies and campaigns that increase engagement with SiriusXM streaming content on the SXM app and on connected devices, included in the in-vehicle trial
Partner with multiple SiriusXM teams including (but not limited to) Channel Marketing, Call Center, Digital Experience (online), Social Media, Call Center and Legal, to develop and implement cross-channel marketing initiatives
Monitor the 'health' of campaigns and programs and find ways to leverage new processes and technologies provide a better customer experience and increase marketing efficiency and yield.
Innovate new methods of leveraging in-vehicle and streaming listening and engagement behavior data to personalize the customer journey, deepen engagement and increase conversion.
Collaborate with internal analytical and reporting partners to forecast, measure, undertand and report program, campaign and segment performance vs. business KPIs.
Work with Marketing Operations and other teams to leverage new technologies (e.g. text, in-vehicle messaging, digital) to expand marketing reach and impact
Participate in strategic and program planning, including development of quarterly and annual marketing plans, roadmaps, prioritization of initiatives and associated presentations
Serve as lead/main POC for the Service Continuity team for cross-marketing strategic initiatives, including quarterly and other ad hoc campaigns, seasonal 'sales' and holiday
Participate in key stakeholder meetings and executive presentations, including preparing and presenting content
What you'll need:

15+ years' work experience in marketing, ideally in a subscription marketing, direct marketing and/or customer experience role; MBA preferred
Results oriented with a demonstrated track record for improving business performance and meeting goals
Self-starter with ability to work independently and who also thrives in a team environment
Must pay attention to details and have strong organizational skills
Strong cross-channel marketer with experience developing direct marketing strategies and communications that drive business results
Experience across a variety of direct response medium, including email, direct mail, outbound and inbound telemarketing, social/digital media, editorial, text
Ability to work with internal analytical resources and independently as needed, to secure, process, understand/analyze and communicate campaign response and performance across multiple channels (email, direct mail, social).
Strong excel skills, and experience with Tableau and Adobe Analytics
Self-starter with the ability to grasp concepts and work independently
Good presentation and communication skills.
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels to effectively push initiatives through to completion.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
