The Role & You

We are looking for a seasoned Director of Member Growth who is excited to define and lead MIRROR’s evolving sales and growth strategy. This role will be responsible for executing on ambitious goals across all sales channels, including B2B and B2C businesses, as well as for leading our Member engagement and retention program. This role will report to our VP of Customer. At MIRROR you will:

  • Build and lead a Sales team managed towards best-in-class sales and conversion KPIs

  • Develop processes and collateral to maximize growth and conversion across direct to consumer and commercial channels

  • Work closely with Leadership, Marketing, Retail, Engineering, and other relevant teams to prioritize growth initiatives, execute Sales strategies, and evaluate impact

  • Lead insights with quantitative and qualitative methodologies to inform sales strategies and programs and to enable clearer audience and new Member targeting

  • Develop roll out Member engagement and retention program

  • Identify and execute on brand-amplifying partnership opportunities

The Necessities

  • 5+ years in a Sales Operations or Consulting role with a few years at the helm of an expanding team; D2C preferred

  • Proven background managing business critical, customer/client facing processes

  • Demonstrated ability to influence, manage, and present ideas via clear written and oral communication.

  • Self-starter who can operate well in a collaborative team environment and adapt effectively to changing business priorities/strategies.

  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapt to changing needs and, and tackle new challenges daily!
