Industrial Color Director of Partnerships - globaledit in New York, New York

Globaledit, a division of CoCreativ, is looking for a strategic leader to help shape and drive our company's relationship with service and product partners who share the same values and commitment towards furthering technology within the creative community. This encompasses identifying the right strategic partners, building relationships, defining monetization strategies and onboarding. You will work across the existing globaledit network along with being responsible for identifying new targets that can support revenue, product growth metrics and further the company’s strategic vision to provide a marketplace for all Creatives. We are the leading provider of a powerful SaaS platform that optimizes and accelerates creative production. The company is Private Equity-backed, based in New York City & Los Angeles with a well-established client base. Our Clients include leading fashion brands, retailers, and entertainment companies – including Morphe Cosmetics, L.L. Bean, Victoria’s Secret & Barkbox.

We are looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships who can leverage existing relationships as well as establish key targets that support our primary audience within content studios, brands, agencies, technology providers and the greater freelance creative community. This role will have a direct impact on the reach of globaledit across our total ideal customer profile that encompasses millions of users globally. This role is based in our Tribeca headquarters where we are currently operating on a hybrid work model with several days onsite to collaborate with each other and the balance of the time remote.

In this role you will partner closely with the leadership of globaledit and various teams including Sales, Support, Product and Engineering.


  • Build a network of vetted partners (technology partners, consulting practices…)

  • Define strategies to achieve partnership revenue goals while meeting budget metrics such as revenue, LTV and roas

  • Prospect, sell, activate and maintain partners across our developing, growing network

  • Align the globaledit technology and service provider ecosystem with client priorities and buying trends in order to maximize key growth metrics

  • Build a SWOT map across competitor and complimentary offerings in order to capture market share as well as increase client value & ROI

  • Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing and Product to align on various company goals including revenue, and platform specific growth goals

  • Build a network of partnerships that support our broad user base goals and common interests

  • Lead commercial negotiation including development of partnership contracts; handle proposals while negotiating cost structures, revenue share and other monetization & mutually beneficial goals

  • Develop in conjunction with marketing the proper communication channels to reach prospective and existing target user bases - including establishing direct contact, newsletters/blogs, email, partner gatherings and client events

  • Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion

  • Articulate the globaledit value proposition and define 3 way value for partners, our users and globaledit

We are currently operating in a hybrid work model with several days onsite and the balance of time working remote. New York City requires all employees working onsite to provide proof of vaccination status.


  • 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in advertising, ecommerce, production/creative partnerships

  • Enterprise SaaS experience driving partner revenue programs with key system integrations and service providers

  • Familiarity with how affiliate / partner models work including monetization and referral compensation programs

  • Communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with creative professionals ranging from young micro-influencer photographers to c-suite executives

  • High energy to grow and learn in a fast-growing company

  • Ground up partnership development within direct, affiliate and referral networks that offer reach to millions of prospective users with success attracting tens of thousands of users
