What We Are Looking For:
Persado is looking for a Senior Director of Product Marketing to join the Healthcare Verticals team. The role will work both with the VP of Healthcare Strategy as well as the VP of Product Marketing to generate visibility for Persado across the healthcare industry. The role will also support the sales team and the Go-to-Market positioning and strategy for the Healthcare product
What We Want You To Do:
Oversee the launch of healthcare-related product(s) and features by collaborating with product management, marketing, and sales
Create compelling positioning and collateral for our field teams that showcase the value of our product capabilities to speed up sales cycles and drive bigger deals
Deliver C-level meetings with healthcare provider organizations, especially with marketing, service line, and pop health leaders
Systematically gather feedback and insights from customers and prospects on what they need, want, and love about our product. Collaborate with our Product teams to align the product roadmap with those insights.
Work with our data science, content intelligence, and leadership teams to propose and develop potential solutions that keep our product (i) data-driven and (ii) improving over time, based on real patient/consumer data.
Capture data to understand what aspects of the product messaging and positioning are effective “in the field”, and use this feedback to inform marketing priorities and adjust our materials
Working with our vertical strategy team, understand the different ways we provide business value to healthcare customers, and build those models into our marketing & sales positioning, and our value proposition
Develop a deep understanding of our customers and keep a pulse on the competitive landscape to inform our go-to-market strategy
Be a product expert and evangelist both internally and externally, developing a deep understanding of market needs and trends, and how we should position ourselves
Develop compelling written and visual content, including product roadmaps, datasheets, and customer facing decks and sales collateral
“Evangelize” the product across the industry, at conferences, events, speaking opportunities, etc
Work with healthcare industry press to bring attention to Persado and healthcare case studies
Collaborate with your partners on the marketing team to develop campaigns that carry product messages to market (e.g., webinars, digital, videos) to generate pipeline
What We Want To See:
7+ years in product marketing or a related role, with at least 5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company (or equivalent experience)
Outspoken thought leader about healthcare, AI and data-driven content
Proven ability to partner with senior healthcare executives and to evangelize technology solutions within the healthcare industry
Highly numerate, analytical, and comfortable presenting data and insights
Experience in product management, product marketing, or both
Strong communication, powerpoint, and writing skills
Exceptional team player with effective problem-solving skills
Creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas
Established ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance
Organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively
Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
Self-starter who can be effective in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment
Who you are:

You have experience launching large, tier 1 products to both new and existing users
You have a proven record of working with product teams and are an expert and building cross-functional relationships
You are an excellent written and oral communicator.
You have 7+ years of experience working in product marketing.
You have a BA/BS or Master's degree, preferably with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences)
You are enthusiastic about AI, content and marketing and excited to “roll up your sleeves” and support a new industry vertical
