You will support the VP Product Marketing as the voice of the consumer to develop and execute the marketing strategy, platforms and campaigns across the portfolio. You'll own the Chobani brand strategy, crafting a powerful narrative that resonates with consumers and fuels continued growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy for Chobani modern food portfolio including creamer and oatmilk, encompassing all product lines and brand extensions that drive brand equity and HHP
  • Develop Masterbrand and product platform creative strategies and narratives to guide campaign work by understanding and optimizing communication and channel tactics based on KPIs, competitor dynamics, platform strategy, and consumer insights
  • Partner with Insights to identify and translate data and cultural trends, behaviors, and insights into to inform brand strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing team, media, insights, new product development, shopper, sales, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for brand growth
  • Oversee brand creative development, ensuring all materials align with brand voice and identity
  • Lead innovation in the space with NDP and innovation team
  • Responsible for annual aligned integrated marketing calendar, collaborating with Project Management on work-back schedules with key milestones for internal teams and agencies on each campaign
  • Ensure the go-to-market creative and plan delivers against consistent and defined communications strategy and is aligned with goals and objectives
  • Identify, test and scale new marketing ideas and partnerships that resonate with our consumers and our community. Not afraid to think outside the box to achieve business and brand goals
  • Manage brand budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead team of direct reports, foster a culture of brand advocacy within the company

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, brand marketing, or a related field with a detailed understand of how brand marketing and creative strategy support greater business goal
  • Proven track record of successfully driving brand equity, business goals and launching new products
  • Strong understanding of CPG or similar industry
  • Experience in leveraging data driven research/analysis and competitor analysis to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Has their finger on the pulse of consumer trends, culture, media, technology and advertising. Not afraid to take calculated risks, learn, and innovate
  • Proven ability to work in fast paced environment and roll up sleeves

Compensation Range: $144,000.00 - $216,000.00, plus bonus.
