Develop, execute, and implement concepts and strategies for North America Events in order to drive retail sales.
Strategize and develop specific Field support elements for all NA events.
Manage and develop the Makeup Artistry and Spa Specialist Teams to strengthen execution and results.
Oversee operational processes including budget and allocations.
Partner with Global Consumer Engagement and Education teams for seasonal program overviews, reinforcing North America specific needs for timing and content.
Partner with NA Creative Team to customize content and support elements for each activation to support NA retail environments. Focus on infusing multi-cultural consumer insights and tips for recruiting/engaging into all programs.
Schedule and share all NA activation plans with Global once identified.
Determine timing and format to share each season’s plans with all cross-functional team members for alignment.
Prepare and present SE strategy during all meetings with retailers, field, etc.
Lead all Global directed event experieces and test&learn programs in partnership with the Manager of Education Innovation and Technology.
Coordinate PR supported influencer events/initiatives and Personal Appearances with Artistry support for successful execution.
Establish and communicate guidelines for proper expense reporting and travel booking for all make-up artists and spa specialists. Work with temp agency Next Source for reporting and analytics.
Manage and develop the Manager of Events with performance coaching throughout the year and annual performance review.
Lead #ESTEEARTIST team. Schedule a minimum of 1 visit a season with each team member to focus on field partnership, event execution, and general leadership.
Establish a new tier of Featured Artists in top DMA’s across the country, working with Directors to identify local talent and planning for how to leverage.
Work with the Freelance and Education Centers of Excellence (COE) to understand ELC Artistry plans. Define Associate Beauty Advisor (ABA)program guidelines and how to manage. Partner with Director of Education Development and Execution to determine engagement strategies and opportunities for all ABA’s.
Partner with Director of Education Services to find efficiencies for managing ABA uniform and brush set deployment.
Partner with Manager of Education Services to oversee artistry and spa calendar planning, field communication, and results reporting and recapping.
Partner with Manager of Specialty Multi Education and cross functional specialty-multi team for specific Event activations in Sephora and ULTA.
Oversee Spa Specialist Team – handle development and execution of events including schedule.
Maintain all financial schedules ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the execution and production of Special Events print material, tools and budget.
Collaborate with ED to Manage 2 Special Event budgets 1) Makeup Artistry team budget and 2) Special Event Budget.
Manage and approve invoices for all Special Event programs.
Manage operations and effectiveness for the National market, including all allocation direction for NOAM Special Event programs.
Drive North America work requests and CPMS tracking for all Special Event programs.
Assess and maintain the Special Events Collateral Grid.
Undergraduate College degree preferred.
5-8 years of experience required.
