Leads the Trade

Marketing team responsible for all cross-functional processes & programs

with retail partners for go to market success. Works in close partnership with Account

Leads and Product and Consumer Marketing to ensure seamless execution of all

planned market & retailer activities.

  • Owns, maintains and optimizescross-functional retail programs ensuring flawless execution at point of sale

  • Owns and leads all cross-functional systems, programs and databases,such as Passport, Teamworks, sampling, marketing grids, master doors list andothers, responsible for:

  • Forecasting and managing all non-sellables (i.e. samples, customerloyalty programs).

  • Overseeing allocation process and timings

  • Ensuring accurate data maintenance and timely communication to bothinternal and external stakeholders

  • Leading simplification and optimization efforts for more efficient andimpactful program delivery

Retail AccountOperations

  • Partners with Account Leads and the Marketing teams to support the Brand’sstrategies at launch, seasonal and new door openings.

  • Supports the seasonal retailer Planning Meetings, coordinatingseasonal information within presentations, identifying and capitalizing onpotential synergies and setting up the meeting venue & logistics.

  • Identifies and leads the creation of tools to maximize the performanceof the field personnel, including supporting grassroots events to attract keyconsumer segments (e.g., multi-ethnic).

Business Analysis& Continuous Improvement

  • Measures marketing program effectiveness via regular monitoring ofKPI's and shares this knowledge with brand team

  • Exhibits strong understanding of all drivers of business performanceto consistently help optimize execution

Team Management

  • Guides and coaches direct reports to enable their autonomy, growth& development

  • Role models project management, operational execution and strategicthinking while holding team members accountable in partnership with accountleads



  • 8 years marketingrelated experience

  • College Degree withfocus on Marketing

  • Strong oral andwritten communication skills, as well as a high-degree of internal andexternal collaboration capabilities

  • Strong project& process management skills

  • Entrepreneurialspirit with a bias for speed and efficiency, while maintaining attention todetail and flawless follow-through

  • Strong analytical andproblem-solving capabilities, natural dot-connector

  • Able to identify,prioritize and adjust according to dynamic business needs

  • Able to thinkstrategically to conceptualize and implement new ideas for retail success

  • Prestige beauty anddepartment store or specialty-multi channel (SMC) experience preferred

  • Initiates change, employsstrategic thinking, adept persuasion, and demonstrates resilience
