Position Summary
City Winery is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our ecommerce team to create and optimize paid digital ads, improve SEO, and support the implementation of email / text / push notifications.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for paid digital ads and SEO for three or four of City Winery’s markets and work in tandem with two other Digital Marketing Coordinators who are responsible for the remaining markets. Together, the team will learn and grow with each other as City Winery continues to expand. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for creating and implementing email / text / push notification campaigns for select company wide seasonal marketing campaigns and automated journeys.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator position at City Winery is a thrilling way to get experience in all aspects of digital marketing at a fun, fast paced live entertainment company and restaurant winery. This is an entry level position, minimal experience is required. But, candidates with previous experience in digital marketing may be given priority.

Key Responsibilities
● Create and implement digital ad campaigns for all shows taking place at three or four different City Winery locations on Meta, Google and potentially other ad platforms.
● Manage and monitor ad spend, CPA, and ROAS to ensure effective results.
● Provide weekly and monthly reporting on ad performance.
● Collaborate with the local marketing teams at each venue to ensure that ads align with overall marketing strategy.
● Consistently review and write website content. Identify, use, and improve target keywords. Implement SEO best practices.
● Identify and monitor methods for improving SEO in existing and new campaigns. ● Track and report on SEO metrics by location.
● Create and send email, text, and in-app push notifications for select company wide seasonal campaigns and automated journeys.
● Use AB testing tools to improve email, text, and push notifications. Track email, text, push notification
KPIs to report on progress.
● Set annual goals for digital ads, SEO, and email / text / push and track progress.
Requirements:
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to ask questions to gain clarity or insight into a task.
● Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
● Inherently tech savvy and passionate about how technology can create great experiences.
● Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads a plus.
● Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tools.
● Ability to create and send email, text, and push notification marketing campaigns.
● Strong grasp on SEO principles.
● Experience defining customer journeys.
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Passion for music, food, wine and the entertainment industry.
● Position is based in New York City and may require some travel to other City Winery
locations.
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
● Minimal experience (1+ years) in digital marketing is not required, but experience with Facebook Ads Manager or other digital ad platforms is a plus.
