Caleres eCommerce Manager in New York, New York

We seek a collaborative and results-driven eCommerce Manager with a passion for delivering an exceptional online customer experience to join our Digital eCommerce team.

We seek people who:

  • Build brand power through partnership with cross-functional teams balancing brand development with business growth. Key partners include marketing, creative, merchandising, planning, inventory, IT, ecommerce peers

  • Support owned.com business on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly timeframe ensuring the brand meets or exceeds financial goals

  • Create weekly business reporting, translating into action to drive the customer experience and business growth through KPI management and recommendations

  • Continuously strive for improvement in site experience, merchandising, processes, capabilities, and relationships

  • Support site merchandising optimizations where the merchandising and brand vision come to life, but also delivering the best consumer experience, maximizing revenue

  • Responsible for catalog management. Ensure inventory is supporting stories, partnering with the inventory team where there is opportunity

  • Tracking seasonal inventory, partnering with demand planning, and merchandising. Help troubleshoot and solve content challenges with any inventory shifts

We seek people with these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 3-6 years of previous business experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, digital merchandising or related disciplines

  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and in presentation)

  • Ability to influence

  • Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics required

  • Coveo and Sitecore experience is a plus
