•Curate individualized plan for high school students in course selection, academic interest exploration, extracurricular activities, and summer programs geared towards college prep; •Evaluate academic programs by approving syllabus and work plans formulated by professors to ensure sufficient engagement, as well as reviewing feedback from students to ensure needs are met; •Conduct online and on-site meetings with families to discuss students’ school performance, help students discover their strengths and weaknesses; keep record and update student’s progress on a quarterly basis; •Conduct ongoing research on school profiles, course catalogs and academic programs to provide well-informed responses to individual student’s needs;•Research and keep updated with international educational policy changes between China and US, and summarize result for the team; •Identify professors with interest in mentoring high school students to explore an academic field based on students’ academic interests during the school year; •Counsel students to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situation with studies in the US; •Communicate with admission offices on behalf of the students for inquiries and most updated information.This position requires at least a Master’s degree in Education, Education Leadership or International Educational Development, and 24 month of work experience as education counselor/coach/teacher in school or educational institution.
Minimum Salary: 47819.00 Maximum Salary: 80000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
