Your role as a Senior will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, often interacting at an implementation team member level for EAM clients, resulting in increased value and efficiency. You’ll help to mentor, coach and counsel their team members and help EY build an inclusive culture and high-performing teams.
Your key responsibilities
The EAM Senior will provide advisory/consulting services to EAM clients, helping them improve business performance.

Maximize operational efficiencies on engagements
Perform functional tasks, including functional requirements development, configuration, maintenance, enhancements and upgrades
Possess or gain a solid understanding of the applications’ functionality, intended processes, uses and features that business partners can leverage during their daily work
Have experience working with users and development staff on issues and efforts related to the implementation of maintenance, purchasing, service management, and inventory management or other business processes
Have experience working with relational databases, reporting and other technologies
Have knowledge of software development and applications development life cycles, along with formal project management techniques
Interact with users to obtain information and share information needed for successful system implementation, upgrades, usage and maintenance experience
Enhance our brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients
Provide strategic and relevant insight, connectedness and responsiveness to all clients to anticipate their needs
Support opportunity pursuits and practice development initiatives
Promote an effective forum for sharing EAM expertise
Strengthen ours collective EAM knowledge, helping resolve our clients’ EAM challenges

You’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues at all levels. You’ll be able to challenge and inspire both coworkers and clients to think about difficult situations in new and transformative ways.
By drawing on your knowledge and experience, you'll provide innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership. You'll actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.

Your role in leading teams or parts of teams on engagements will depend on the size of the engagement and will be under the responsibility of higher levels. They will look to you to anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues, as appropriate.
As an influential member of the team, you'll help create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and help them develop.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance or a related field
A minimum of two to three years of related work experience or a graduate degree and two years of related work experience
Business process design experience and the ability to create functional requirements
Good communication skills and proficiency with applications or supporting applications
SQL experience, highly adaptable, self-directed
A minimum of one to two years of experience delivering advisory-type services to EAM clients
Experience participating in teams and supporting engagement economics and business development
Flexibility to work across advisory services if needed
Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel depending on time of year. Must have a valid driver’s license
Ideally, you’ll also have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a similar field
Utility experience a major plus
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
EAM product experience a major plus
EAM configuration tools desired
