About this role

We are looking for a smart, caring Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team! This role's core focus is to help our most valuable clients find chartered transportation solutions for their group travel needs. This role deals with complex, long cycle sales. Clients include Fortune 500s, governments, sports teams, non-profits across North America.

Compensation

  • $100,000 base salary

  • $50,000 to $100,000 commission

What You’ll Do

  • Get sophisticated and demanding organizations to book chartered bus transportation on our platform

  • Intimately understand clients and their scope of work to build out effective quotes and RFP responses

  • Provide operational support (including on-site logistics and billing) for our most high-value reservations and clients

  • Match supply and demand for complex missions

  • Leave a refined, knowledgeable, and caring impression with all potential clients

  • Educate potential customers about the amazing benefits of utilizing our technology

  • Be an authority source on the bus industry

Location

  • Post pandemic, CharterUP will open optional hybrid offices in Atlanta, New York City, San Francisco, or Austin where employees come in 2 or 3 times a week in during spring and fall (everyone is fully-remote during winter and summer)

  • Employees always have the option to live any city they choose
