Robert Half International Executive Assistant/Office Manager in NEW YORK, New York

Description

Executive Assistant/Office Manager wanted to support the CEO of a boutique investment firm in Midtown. This position requires a highly professional individual that is extremely organized and motivated, with strong attention to detail, and solid computer skills, including a high proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. This person will be working with confidential issues and must have discretion and diplomacy. Candidate must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and a great work ethic. A minimum of 2+ years of related experience, including at least 1 year of experience working with senior management, and a Bachelor's degree are highly desirable. The EA/OM must have experience coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, order office supplies, invoice management and ad hoc projects and some personal duties for the CEO. Requirements

  • Elevated social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

  • Microsoft Excel experience desired

  • Foundational knowledge in Manage Vendor Relationships

  • Knowledge of Book Travel Arrangements

  • Strong familiarity with Perform Special Projects

  • Ability to use the internet for research
