Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Finance, Sales FP&A, you will be a part of the Central Sales Finance Group that directly supports the Global Head of Sales Finance and the Chief Revenue Officer in driving Sales and Revenue growth of Refinitiv.

Critical responsibilities include (but would be not limited to):

Drive and execute global standardization of the FP&A activities across the SAM (Sales & Account Management) Finance Organization
Lead the day-to-day operation of centralized reporting processes by collaborating with the Regional Sales Finance Team in Americas, Europe, Asia, South Africa and the Center of Excellence team in India
Manage operating timelines for the SAM Finance organization and ensure all financial data are correctly reflected in the systems
Manage the publication of monthly/quarterly management reporting materials - ensure all sales and revenue related centralized reporting materials are published in due course, enabling the SAM finance and the wider organization to better understand Refinitiv's results around Sales and Revenue, drive growth and efficiencies.

Act as the product manager of the internal algorithm based sales forecasting and pipeline analytics tool and provide AI based sales forecast data for the SAM organization on a regular basis. Act as the main contact for the 3rd Party Vendor and manage product enhancements to provide deeper analytics through the tool.
Be a strategic partner to the Global Head of Sales Finance and the Regional Head of Finances as the team work to enable and drive growth for Refinitiv
Support in leading the annual planning process of Sales and Revenue for the SAM Finance team by coordinating across the organization.
Support in partnering with Sales Operations on sales performance analytics, productivity measures and capacity analysis and other business intelligence
Lead the decision support activities related to Sales and Revenue growth initiatives.
This role will be based in New York


Minimum work experience of 4 years in Corporate Finance, preferably in Technology or Information Services Industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance or business related field
Ability to work directly with business leaders in a collaborative and authoritative manner
Self-starter, demonstrates proactive approach to managing multiple deliverables and dependencies across internal functions and geographic locations
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Strong time management skills and ability work under time pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and influence multiple levels of management
Seasoned in Mircrosoft Excel and Powerpoint; experience in SAP/Snowflake, SQL based management reporting tools, Oracle based planning tools or data visualization tool is a plus
