Incredible opportunity for a seasoned, modern marketing leader to architect and lead brand, digital and go-to-market channel strategy globally for Broadridge.

As architect and steward of the brand, you will lead the effort to sharpen our brand and value proposition, improve the clarity of our messaging & and power-up our storytelling across all touch points and channels. You will be responsible for our digital presence and help build and manage a center of excellence to guide segment & regional marketing partners on channel strategy, program optimization across owned and paid digital channels to drive engagement and improve ROI. Working closely with sales, market-tech and analytics leads, you will drive our test-and-learn agenda, evaluate new capabilities, and guide the roadmap to modernize our martech-stack to align with the evolving strategy. In doing so, you will play a central role in transforming the marketing organization into a strategic data led, digital-first performance marketing culture that delivers measurable results and growth for the business.

The role will also be responsible for our social media presence globally and will define and implement a strategy that lets us expand and enhance our social presence to connect, engage, encourage, and sell.

A passion for storytelling, digital marketing, performance marketing and technology is a must, as is experience in delivering marketing transformation efforts. You should be known for your client centricity, cross-departmental collaboration, pragmatic problem-solving skills and operational excellence. You should have the ability to build trust and inspire teams and partners into action.

The role reports into the Global CMO for Broadridge and is part of the marketing leadership team, with a team size of 10-12 Associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Broadridges global brand strategy sharpen our verbal and visual identity to better deliver our value proposition, create differentiation and drive awareness and demand. Build strong relationships throughout the company to help unify our narrative and amplify our mission internally and externally.

  • Manage and grow our creative studio to govern and elevate our brand expression across all channels, with emphasis on our digital channels and deliver creative and production support for global marketing campaigns.

  • Build and manage a network of external agencies and freelancers to help scale creative production.

  • Develop, plan, and implement a consistent digital marketing strategy by tracking overall business and segment priorities, understanding customer purchase journeys and shifts in online behavior, and comparing with our competition.

  • Own our digital presence manage and optimize it to deliver on brand and demand generation KPIs. Partner with digital operations teams to prioritize updates, improvements and new capabilities.

  • Develop, test and optimize the channel strategy for our brand, region and segment campaigns supported by a small, but mighty team of paid and owned channel specialists focused on experimenting and reaching targeting audiences in new ways to improve learning and return on investment

  • Use consumer insights and marketing research to make forward-looking brand decisions and implement go-to-market strategies in an ever-evolving industry landscape and market/cultural trends

  • Working closely with our Head of Marketing Analytics to determine critical metrics for brand marketing and build the right measurement systems.

  • Partner with Head of Martech and Digital Operations to identify and introduce new tools, channels, tactics, and experiments to drive continued growth

  • Manage our social media strategy as well as our employer branding efforts

Qualifications and competencies

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred

  • Marketing professional with 15+ years of experience in a financial service and/or tech company in role of responsibility and influence

  • Experience in building, shaping and evolving brands to better connect with the target audience, be relevant in new markets and clearly deliver on purpose and differentiation

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

  • Digital marketing expert with a passion for working with new technologies, specializing in developing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand and leads

  • Experience in managing internal creative resources and external agency relationships

  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

  • Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity and change; ability to roll up sleeves to get things done with limited resources.

  • Highly organized, able to work through complex problems, set priorities and diligently complete commitments.

  • Experience managing, coaching and developing people and teams

  • Excellent partner management and relationship building skills

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive

  • Experience working in a global organization with understanding of local market / regional nuances and opportunities
