PVH Corp. Global Marketing Coordinator- Licensing, Calvin Klein in New York, New York

POSITION SUMMARY

The Global Marketing Coordinator position within the Consumer Marketing Organization will assist in the development of global marketing programs and go-to-market needs across various licensed and Joint Venture businesses.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB

  • Assist Senior Marketing Manager in delivering global marketing programs and assets for licensee partners (24+ licensees) and joint venture businesses in India, Mexico and Latin America.

  • Coordinate day-to-day projects with cross functional teams (i.e. Merchandising, Design, Licensing, Finance, Sales, Creative and Production)

  • Assist with presentation development for project briefs, strategic pitches, seasonal performance summaries, and senior management requests

  • Assist in gathering/analyzing and presenting data on KPIs following marketing programs to help inform future strategies

  • Assist with shoot planning & coordination for all internally produced photography, including but not limited to: seasonal campaigns, packaging shoots, product-detail/e-comm

  • Facilitate all packaging/trim marketing requests from creation of project brief to completion

  • Review monthly production job status reports and billing; serve as primary contact for Finance team

  • Own the competitive process/research and periodically distribute relevant summaries

  • Proactively stay on top of digital, creative and analytical trends, and understand best practices

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably within a brand/CPG organization and/or media agency

  • Global product marketing experience, ideally with a fashion industry focus

Education

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the marketing/advertising or communications field

Skills

  • Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to work productively in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment

  • Ability to professionally interface with associates and external partners across various management levels

  • Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic, empathetic and open-minded

  • Resourceful, creative and self-motivated with aptitude to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

  • Strong written communication and editing skills

  • Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines

  • Must be proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency

  • Must be able to operate independently and remotely, and comfortable with decision-making

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, MSTeams, Webex, Power Point, Keynote
