PVH Corp. Graphic Design - Temporary - Tommy Hilfiger in New York, New York

Digital Designer supports the creative studio on all pre- and post-production aspects of digital first design projects. Scope of work involves all traditional print and digital initiatives. Daily responsibilities include production design support on in-store, email and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Wholesale marketing collateral, seasonal Email concepting, DTC Regional & National programs as well as presentations and concept development. We are looking for a candidate with outstanding creative design skills and experience creating digital animation/video ads for Facebook, Instagram and any other social platforms.


  • Lead the conception and creation of digital video ad products, such as display ads, rich media ads

  • Work closely with the assistant art director on creative approvals and feedback routinely

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow studio processes and guidelines

  • Assist with multiple design projects and create design solutions in a fast-paced, deadline driven high-energy, collaborative environment

  • Collaborate with digital marketing, copywriters and media buyers to determine the correct visual solution and alignment

  • Use existing product or brand guidelines to create visually striking experiences, and innovate best design practices that engage the end user on social media channels

  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team, using expertise in social media design, motion graphics and photography and typography

  • Work collaboratively with the team to produce engaging consumer experiences that reflect the brand

  • Execute creative designs in support of website usability improvements and marketing campaigns

  • Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality


· The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with a focus in UX/Experience

· After Effects a must

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)

· 4+ years of hands-on experience working as a Digital Designer executing digital creative assets from scratch (e.g., websites, banner ads, marketing emails, newsletters, landing pages and social media content)

· Self-motivated, strong work ethic and hardworking professional with a positive attitude and works well under pressure in a team environment

· Demonstrate strong layout design skills and ability to convey complex ideas in a straightforward and visually-appealing manner

· Passion and demonstrate understanding of website usability/web optimization, ecommerce, UX, and responsive design systems

· Team player who is collaborative, ethical and organized with strong communication skills

· Remain current in the graphic/digital design industry; identify new techniques and trends

· Well-organized and assertive with solid time management skills, ability to manage high work volumes and process multiple projects simultaneously and follow up on projects with a strong sense of urgency

· Strong analytical and deductive skills with an understanding of data driven marketing
