The role will support the design of social media assets as well as assisting in the creation of social-first concepts for Coach Outlet. The majority of the role will focus on the brand social networks, Instagram and Facebook (paid), as well as those in Asia, including like WeChat, Weibo and Line, as well as support other brand materials and internal presentations. Assist in creating, distribution and management of seasonal and promotional assets across all paid social channels.
Strong focus on graphic skills, including designing weekly, monthly promotional offers and cropping an array of assets
Partner with creative and copy leads to develop and execute business needs that will be used across paid social platforms.
Collaborate with key cross-functional partners- including Marketing and Project Managers to ensure that concepts meet business needs.
Participate in new idea sessions and the possible development and execution of those ideas
The ideal candidate would have:
1-3 years, graphic design skills, ideally
Ability to cut and design social content
Ability to provide guidance on social layouts
Ability to edit social content including color correction and reformat sizing
Ability to create + manage + post social content calendars
Familiarity with social management tool for posting
Ability to create gifs and basic editing skills for snackable video content
The accomplished individual will possess...
Proficient in: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
A refined taste level with expert design and typography skills.
Strong knowledge of fashion photography history and trends.
Experience with video, fashion and still-life photography art direction.
Ability to concept design solutions with limited direction.
Extremely detail oriented, well organized, strong problem-solving skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to take direction from managers and provide multiple solutions
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to prioritize (quickly and efficiently) with tight deadlines and follow through.
