What we do:

As a member of the Enterprise Products and Platforms, the candidate would participate in developing and implementing GRC solutions (Risk, Cybersecurity, Compliance) leveraging the Archer platform across the enterprise. The position is for an advanced GRC developer expert with solid development experience in RSA Archer platform and custom-developed compliance solutions with expert knowledge of industry Enterprise Risk and Cybersecurity frameworks. You will be part of an agile squad that requires close collaboration with other technology team members, business users, and other development squad members.

Your role as SalesForce Software Solutions Specialist:

  • Implements technology agnostic solutions that adhere to Enterprise Architecture roadmap/standards.

  • Works on multiple tasks simultaneously and produces high quality products while adhering to the PDLC.

  • Partners with Enterprise Architecture to define the solutions and realizes architecture blueprint into solution components with a focus on business benefit/value.

  • Provides technical guidance to Associates and Engineers, including hands on development of complex applications based on reference architecture.

  • Contributes to development and evolution of the Community of Practice.

  • Plays a lead role in shaping strategy for the Squad and Product/Platform.

  • Demonstrates strong innovation, influencing, negotiating skills, and strategic agility with a vision for the future and the associated strategy.

  • Mentors Developers and Engineers (e.g., Player-Coach); leads by example.

  • Brings a strong cross-disciplinary view to support the T-Model.

  • Stays abreast of new and emerging technologies, software development tools, and frameworks.

What we are looking for:

  • Direct 1experience implementing GRC suite of solutions leveraging Archer platform 6.x for large enterprise organizations; and demonstrating Risk Management and Cyber Security framework and compliance business acumen.

  • Hands-on archer platform development experience in configuring and customizing out-of-box implemented modules, forms, advanced workflows, calculations, integrations, reporting, dashboards, access controls, and other components in the RSA Archer platform

  • Strong integration experience and server-side maintenance of Archer (Control Panel, Archer Services, Custom API, IIS services )

  • Experience in the deployment automation and orchestrating seamless solution promotion across various environments

  • Developer experience in JavaScript/JQuery to code client-side validations/policies

  • Development experience in mainly Web Service and RESTful service development for API integration with the RSA Archer platform

  • Hands-on cloud foundational experience on key AWS services such as S3, IAM, EC2, RDS, ALB, API, Cloudwatch, SNS , Glue etc. Experience in writing technical/enablement user stories, documenting technical specifications and platform-specific component diagrams

  • Experience with quality assurance process for testing Archer solutions including functional, non-functional, and A/B testing

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, perform in-depth configuration/code reviews and ensure design and coding are adhering to security and architectural standards

  • An agile mindset to collaborate with the product owner, technical platform owner, and squad members throughout the product development life cycle to deliver product features rapidly

Archer developer/administrator certification

Risk/Cybersecurity professional certification

AWS cloud developer associate certification (preferred)

Salary Range: $159,600 - $199,500 / year
