WIPRO US BRANCH IT SERVICE Head of Marketing in New York, New York

looking for an inspired marketing expert to build and run our marketing
organization in the newly formed European Strategic Market unit. ABOUT
THE ROLE As head of marketing for our new European Strategic Market,
you'll build a dream team of marketing experts from across Europe and
lead them in strategizing and implementing Wipro's marketing program
with the goal of driving brand recognition and demand for services.
Reporting to the Global CMO, you will work with brand and solutions,
sales and technology teams to create compelling messaging, marketing
materials, and promotional campaigns that are tailored to our clients
and the specific needs of their businesses. RESPONSIBILITIES \* Create
and manage industry-specific content (digital marketing, social media)
for demand generation \* Grow awareness of the Wipro's products and
services by market in Europe \* Employ a range of media and content
channels to craft compelling narratives that bring Wipro's message to
life \* Develop layered, ongoing promotional campaigns that engage
audiences and keep them excited about Wipro \* Hire, mentor, and manage
a team of field marketers, with focus on demand generation,
account-based marketing (ABM), sales enablement, events and hospitality
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a seasoned marketing
professional with strong European business experience capable of
navigating the large, matrixed marketing environment of a Fortune 500
organization. Comfortable working with the c-suite, this leader must
have a strong business acumen and be able to push creative boundaries to
elevate the brand and drive business results. The ideal candidate is
experienced in leading strategic, creative, and business efforts;
possesses a deep understanding of new and traditional marketing
approaches; and is fluent in technology and its rapidly changing
landscape. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS \* 15 years of relevant work
experience as a strategic, outcome-based innovator of a high profile,
industry-leading brand \* Detail-oriented, able to ensure output is
polished and flawless. \* Able to work independently \* Capable of
managing complex development projects \* Well versed in digital
marketing best practices and demand generation
