Industrial Color Head of Sales / Revenue - Industrial Color in New York, New York
We are a leading content agency providing creative leadership, production, and post-production to major brands with locations in New York and Los Angeles, and we are currently seeking a Head of Sales / Revenue to continue to develop and implement effective revenue growth strategies.
In this newly developed executive role, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for managing the sales and account management teams as well as planning and executing sales strategies to grow the agency revenue.
You will be a critical member of our leadership team as we continue our organic growth. Responsible for the revenue of company by leading the sales and account management teams
Oversee, evaluate, and develop sales team culture and processes
Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals
Define and manage successful pipeline processes and tactics by division
Create and grow long term partnerships with key clients
Work with C-level management to define sales strategies, budgets and pricing strategies
Identify new business opportunities and new markets (market trends, services, technology, diversification…)
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Studios, Finance, etc.) to support the sales efforts
Oversee all business pipelines and quota assignments
Managing annual revenue budgets, sales expenses, etc
10-15 years of agency/production revenue management experience
Experience managing sales and account management teams
Must have experience in agency, creative, video, photography industry
Ability to easily navigate and maximize Salesforce.com
Previous experience in senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets leading a team of individual contributors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization
Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients to grow revenue
Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
Experience assigning accounts, setting quotas, and forecasting growth in a B2B environment
