Credit Suisse HR Business Partner - Credit, Equities, Global Trading#187131 in New York, New York

This role will serve as the HR Business Partner of our Credit, Equities and Global Trading Solutions businesses in the Americas with global and regional coverage of clients * Building positive relationships with executive level clients, providing HR perspectives on business strategies, broker potential solutions between HR SME areas and the business as required, challenge the status quo, create new ideas and drive HR-related projects * The opportunity to take formal and informal leadership to bring solutions to the clients * As a senior strategic HRBP, applicant will be developing an HR strategy for the client group combining business strategy insights with HR analytics and the banks’ HR strategy including leading a number of key projects and initiatives * The ability to garner support from relevant business, HR leaders and other relevant business partners to implement the HR strategy * The opportunity to be a facilitator of change management (e.g. organizational, cultural, behavioral, etc.) including implementation support for reorganizations * Act as a senior HR advisor, guiding the management teams on the implementation of HR processes and strategy * The opportunity to support, coach and advise client group on leadership and critical individual HR cases * The role as independent HR professional, advising and guiding line managers in all critical and risk-related HR related matters and applying expert knowledge of HR programs, policies and practices (incl.Conduct and Ethics standards). Extensive relevant professional experience in HR and strategy related functions of larger organizations within Banking, ideally with Front Office or related experience * Ability to develop and shape a strategic HR agenda based on the relevant business as well as HR strategy and drive it with a positive business impact * Strong people management and ability to informally lead others in order to optimally work across organizational and regional boundaries and to succeed in a highly matrixed global organization * Strong eye for business * A track record in successful change management in larger organizations * Detailed knowledge and experience of HR standard methodologies in fields such as performance management, recruitment, compensation, policy /procedure development, organizational design, training and development or centers of perfection * Positive relationship building and consulting skills to influence and challenge as necessary * Executive level communication skills (oral and written) as well as the capability to communicate to a wide range of business partners * Sparring partner skills to challenge status quo and give mentorship in terms of governance * High integrity; able to manage sensitive issues with the necessary judgment * Excellent analytical skills and ability to deal with and overcome resistance * Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives Job: Human Resources / Learning & Development* *Title: *HR Business Partner - Credit, Equities, Global Trading#187131 Location: NY-New York Requisition ID: 187131
