JPMorgan Chase HR M&A Deal & Product Lead in New York, New York
The qualified individual will be a senior member of the newly formed HR M&A Product team. The HR M&A team is focused on maximizing the full potential of JPMC Acquired companies, and their employees - obsessively focusing on their experiences, speed of delivery, quality of integration and continuous improvement. The HR M&A team will embrace product operating principles, as part of Human Resources transformation towards enhancing holistic employee experiences with end-end HR products.
The HR M&A team will handle deals across all lines of businesses domestically in United States and internationally. The candidate must be a seasoned leader with proven track record project managing and implementing complex initiatives, ideally with strong HR and Acquisition experience. The successful candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, an ability to work effectively with a large variety of stakeholders, act with a sense of urgency, be resourceful, and able to facilitate effective problem solving. In addition, he/she will be a critical member in defining the continuous improvement of the HR M&A products, play book and overall team development.
Responsibilities
Deal responsibilities:
Primary end-end HR M&A transaction point person for LOB HRBA & LOB Exec - Deal Initiation, Pre-Close, Integration and Optimization
Scope overall transaction HR needs and resources, and work with M & A Governance group to secure appropriate resourcing and engagement
Work effectively with broad group of HR partners to deliver expertise and decision making - including HR Legal, Total Rewards, Tax, EECC, Global Employee Support, Talent Acquisition & Development, Technology and Communications
Assess and recommend the overall integration approach based on the new-co (culture/roles/objectives) and how to best bring them into the firm
Partners with other HR M&A Deal and Product Leads to ensure updated LOB & Regional materials
Work with HR M&A PMO team to updates scorecards, ensuring deliverables and overall program objectives are met
Product lead responsibilities
Work with HR M&A Owner and HR M&A team members to define and deliver product objectives and key results for defined customer segment (primarily JPMC LOB Exec and Acquired company employee)
Own the holistic development and continuous improvement of the product and playbook, incorporating lessons learned from the 'feature teams'
Work with HR technology to identify and implement digital solutions, where appropriate

Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral presentation skills to include data/information synthesis and succinct messaging

Self-motivated professional with great judgment and the ability to work under pressure and act as an agent of change
Demonstrated results in identifying and implementing best practices related to processes, systems, tools, training, controls and metrics
Proven record in attracting, building and sustaining a high-performing team, great coach and mentor
Must be able to work well and remain flexible in an environment of constantly changing priorities and demanding deadline schedules
Proven skills in working through complex problem assessment and resolution as well as practicing collaborative problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead team efforts as necessary
Strong ability to think globally and act locally, as well as provide strategic guidance and practical recommendations on properly balance the needs from multiple constituencies
Ability to handle confidential/ sensitive information on a frequent basis
Demonstrated results in identifying and implementing best practices related to processes, systems, tools, training, controls and metrics
Commercial mindset, ideally with strong HR and Acquisition experience
