About the Role:

As an HR Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in benefits invoice reconciliation and leave of absence request review. You will gain valuable insights into the intricacies of HR operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Invoice Reconciliation:
    • Review and verify benefits invoices for accuracy.
    • Identify discrepancies or errors in invoices.
    • Assist in the processing of vendor payments.
  • Leave of Absence Request Review:
    • Coordinate with Benefits team to address any questions or concerns related to leave requests.
    • Assist with tracking of leave requests.
  • General HR Operations:
    • Assist with various HR projects, as needed.


Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
The rate for this position generally is$25-$31hourly.This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation.Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted byNew YorkEqual Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
