Human Resources Records
Maintain Human Resources files for all active and terminated staff including filing and auditing files.
Update data in Human Resources Data files with necessary address changes, changes in tax status, absence records, disciplinary actions,
General Office Procedures
Complete and distribute correspondence, memo and polices as required.
Coordinate letters sent home to all staff members when necessary.
Answer the telephone representing hotel and department, responding to questions taking messages and forwarding calls
Respond to telephone and written reference requests.
Generate and track no interest letters and maintain no interest files by filing discarded resume in a timely fashion.
Create Personnel files for new staff members.
Make name tags for new employees and replacements when necessary.
Collect direct deposit requests forms, insure that information is forward to Payroll.
Mail out checks for staff members after termination.
Coordinate and assist in the organization of employee activities and events such as the Holiday parties, Walkathons etc.
Coordinate internal reservations at the Millennium Broadway for employee rates and other Millennium tracking information and other activities as directed.
Knowledge of Word and Excel necessary.
Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Office Management skills, friendly telephone manner, service oriented
