JPMorgan Chase ICM Corporate Banking - Vice President in New York, New York

ICM Corporate Banking and Markets Relationship Executive who will oversee a global portfolio of strategic asset management and insurance clients. Responsibilities include the marketing and executing a wide array of JPM products/services including Corporate Finance, SLF, Markets, Global Payments alongside other areas across the JPM platform. Individual will be responsible for overseeing, structuring, analyzing and transacting a complex credit and financing portfolio on behalf of this client base. Responsibilities also include the oversight of the related regulatory, KYC, compliance, legal, risk and operational requirements supporting this client segment.

Candidate must have the following prerequisites:

-Essential Credit background and experience related to Corporate Finance, Lending, Global Payments, Platform Sales and Markets-related activities.

-Required strong background in Corporate Finance, Treasury and Markets business segments with seasoned analytical, structuring and transaction execution skills.

-Strong sales experience and client engagement in the asset management/insurance industries related to all Corporate Finance (DCM, SLF, Lending, hedging, corporate advisory, etc), Global Payments and Platform Sales products and services.

-Solid knowledge of loan operations, KYC, credit agreements, as well as relevant legal, risk and regulatory environments.

-Series 79 and 63 licenses required; Series 24 preferred.
