Wheels Up Partners LLC Inside Sales Executive in New York, New York

Inside Sales Executive position is a key position within the sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for prospective members from inbound leads as well as from their own prospecting efforts and referral network. It is crucial for the success of the role that the Inside Sales Executive prospects, qualifies, builds a pipeline, and follows up with prospective members.

  • The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new member sales/member acquisition through the qualification of inbound leads, self-generated prospects and seasoned leads identified by the Company. This position will work cross-functionally with multiple internal departments including the marketing and sales operations to leverage any and all resources available to increase sales.

  • Educate, consult, and advise on the value of private aviation and the Wheels Up Membership, and continue to build a pipeline in Salesforce.com.

  • Stay current on marketing trends, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and recommending an appropriate solution to the prospective member.

  • Update and maintain CRM on a daily basis, based on the activity of leads and opportunities. CRM must be up to date with information uncovered on prospects during the needs analysis and qualifying stages by the Inside Sales Executive.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales related function

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be detailed oriented and extremely organized

  • Self-motivated and naturally curious

  • Must be able to work in high-energy, fast, paced changing environment

  • Salesforce.com or other CRM management tools experience

  • Telesales/cold calling experience preferred
