Adviser Compliance Associates LLC Inside Salesperson in New York, New York

The Opportunity:

In the role of Inside Salesperson you will support ACA's Regulatory Compliance practice and play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives.

ACA'S Regulatory Compliance practice provides consulting, advisory, and managed services solutions to our clients in the Financial Services sector. As trusted advisors, our team plays an integral role in helping our global clients comply with their regulatory obligations, meet the expectations of their investors and apply leading industry practices and technology.

What you'll do:

Liaise with sales leadership and maintain strong working relationships with other sales team members

Develop meaningful relationships with prospects and clients to encourage trust and loyalty

Create prospecting plans to develop leads and referrals

Conduct outreach and follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process

Understand and answer questions related to our products and services

Prepare and deliver proposals and other relevant sales collateral to move sales opportunities to the next stage

Achieve monthly goals and objectives set by leadership

Develop and continuously improve sales skills to increase conversion and success rates

Successfully complete internal training programs with intention and desire to transition to outside sales

To qualify for the role you must have:

1+ years of experience in lead generation or commission-based sales

Possess excellent client service skills

Must be knowledgeable on sales processes

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Proficiency or willingness to become proficient in the use of Salesforce or other CRM tools to assist with prospecting, tracking leads, and pipeline management

Ability to establish rapport and generate and advance qualified sales opportunities

Skills and attributes for success:

Effective presentation skills

Willing to travel - up to 25 percent

Ideally, you'll also have:

Experience selling to private equity, hedge funds, or alternative asset managers

Experience with Salesforce
