A& M's global Disputes & Investigations (DI) practice is a leading provider of forensic accounting, forensic technology, economic expert witness, dispute resolution and investigation services. The firm has an established reputation for high quality and conflict-free work. Our approach is characterised by a high level of objectivity, diligence and intensive analysis. The DI team comprises of over 450 professionals globally and we have worked on some of the most significant, high profile matters in the investigative and disputes arena.

A& M's disputes & investigation business is rapidly growing its high performance in the Middle East. We are currently looking for an Intern to join our Dubai team for three months.

**What does the role involve?**

If you are a fresh graduate and a self-starter with a degree in accounting, finance or economics, then we are looking for you. You will be an active part of the team supporting on a variety of projects for our Middle East operations. This internship is for someone who is looking to gain experience in all aspects of investigative consulting. If you are proactive, enjoy collaborating and have the drive, we want to hear from you.

As part of the internship program, you will:

- join a growing team with strong leadership, bright, energetic people with a truly entrepreneurial spirit
- work on client engagements either in the office or on client site (when possible)
- develop company and industrial analyses
- support research initiatives and new business development

Please note that the summer internship is not a paid role, however any work-related expenses will be covered.

- hold a valid UAE residency, under family or university sponsorship
- be a fresh graduate with a bachelor's degreein accounting, finance, economics, business, or a similar discipline from an accredited top-tier university
- have strong analytical skills combined with well-developed financial modelling capabilities
- have excellent oral and written English & Arabic communication skills
- have good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- be flexible & adaptable to juggle range of different tasks
- have discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
- have an interest in pursuing further education e.g., accounting qualification
- have the ability to research, analyse & present material clearly

**Application and Assessment Process**

Ideally, we would like the intern to start as soon as possible but we can be flexible with the timing of the internship. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within two weeks from their application and they will be invited to attend a review process consisting of a combination of interviews and a recruitment test.
