Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP Intranet Content Analyst in New York, New York

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire an Intranet Content Analyst to perform a variety of research, testing and administrative tasks in support of intranet development and knowledge solutions efforts.

Reporting to the Senior Knowledge Solutions Content Manager, the Intranet Content Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day content management of aspects of the firm's intranet using SharePoint and other tools. This individual works with the Knowledge Management and Practice Services, and Information Technology departments as well as with the different legal practice groups to publish and update firm approved intranet content while ensuring that quality standards and deadlines are met.

This position can reside in most US offices and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Regular working hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

Creates content audits to ensure quality control and adherence to firm guidelines and work with designated content owners to keep the firm's intranet current.

Partners with the business units and practices to offer guidance on how to best present relevant information while maintaining a consistent look and feel.

Determines appropriate steps for user acceptance testing (UAT) for new intranet functionality, and documents UAT steps necessary to ensure quality features are released.

Determines best practice standard operating procedures, creates, and keeps documentation up to date. Trains other relevant parties in use of procedures.

Onboards and trains content managers to be able to maintain their departmental content and provides support to new content requests and resolve content issues.

Experience and qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in information services, communications, English, or related discipline, and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with dedicated responsibilities associated with web publishing.

Basic knowledge and/or proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, HTML, Google Analytics, Web Trends, Adobe, One Note and Qlik required.
