JPMorgan Chase Investment Banker - Consumer & Retail - Executive Director in New York, New York
As a seasoned senior investment banker with extensive client coverage and transactional experience, you will demonstrate strong business acumen and a proven track record in developing clients and marketing total business solutions. You will be responsible for supporting an outstanding network of relationships with corporate and institutional clients that lie at the heart of our Investment Banking franchise. You'll bring to our team deep experience identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing clients under coverage, while exploring new business opportunities with new clients.
J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking Consumer & Retail Coverage Groups provide a full range of investment banking services to numerous clients globally. Its clients include many of the world's leading firms in their respective industries. The Group's primary focus is on delivering creative solutions to clients across the full Investment Banking product spectrum, including mergers & acquisitions as well as equity and debt capital raisings.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Highly experienced in Investment Banking products including Mergers & Acquisitions, equity offerings (including IPOs) and debt capital raising
Outstanding ethics, integrity and judgment
Very strong financial modeling, valuation and general analytical skills
Ability to comfortably interact with senior clients in a skilled, professional manner
Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills
Comfort in and commitment to strong teamwork environment
Experience in leading high-performing teams
Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity
Excellent academic track-record
