What we do:

The Enterprise Support (ES) function consolidates accountability for all technology support services across the Bank. The Service Support division within the function is responsible for aligning operational processes to drive consistency, quality, scalability, resulting in improved business value. The areas of coverage include –

  • Major Incident/Problem Management

  • Change and Release Management

  • Security Vulnerability Management

  • Business Continuity Planning

  • Coordination of Security Assurance for the Federal Reserve (SAFR) Compliance for technology boundaries

The Change and Release Management team within ES is responsible for overseeing changes to the Bank’s technical environments and user devices. The team works closely with Business areas, Operational teams, and Technology partners to minimize the risk of adverse impact resulting from changes.

Your role as IT Service Management Associate:

  • Work closely with technical service providers and operational teams to promote change to the NY technical environment with minimum disruption to business services. Provide coaching and expertise to change practitioners to produce high quality change records that comply with enterprise standards.

  • Participate in release management for the Bank Common Operating Environment (COE) – assess user impact, drive awareness and pre-production testing, contribute to the production deployment strategy and communication plan.

  • Build relationships with business areas, operational teams, and technology partners. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of the operational processes. Support audit of change and release management functions.

  • Manage operational tasks while driving short-term project assignments.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven ability as an IT Service Management practitioner (Change, Incident and/or Release) with experience in a fast-paced Financial Services environment

  • Demonstrated skills with ITSM applications (ServiceNow preferred) with ability to build reports/dashboards and conduct queries.

  • ITIL Foundation certificate or equivalent knowledge

  • General technical knowledge of multi-tiered technical architecture, cloud, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS

Salary Range: $116500 - $158500 / year
